Questions that come up

Do I need experience with meditation to do these?

No. These are written for people who haven't done this kind of work before — or who have tried meditation in the past and found it frustrating. There's nothing you have to "do." If you can press play, you can do these.

Are these safe for a sensitive or trauma-affected nervous system?

Yes. Every meditation in the library is trauma-informed and designed for people whose systems are already on edge. Nothing is forced. You can stop, pause, or come back at any point — and the work still lands.

How long are the meditations?

Short enough to fit into a real day. Most run between 15 and 20 minutes — long enough to actually land, short enough that you'll start them. The shortest is around 9 minutes, for when you need to come back to yourself fast; the deepest, like a full nervous system reset, run closer to 25.

How often can I use them?

As often as you need. There's no limit, and no way to overdo it. Some people listen every day; others come back only when things feel like too much. Your nervous system knows what it needs — follow that.

Do I need to know anything about Reiki?

No. Tracy is a Certified Reiki Master Teacher, and her voice carries the same energy she brings to her in-person sessions — but you don't need to know what Reiki is to receive these. They work as guided meditations on their own.

Which meditation should I start with?

Whichever one names what you're feeling right now. If your mind is racing, try Overthinking. If you can't sleep, Calm Before Bed. If you can't quite find your feet, Quick Grounding. There's no "right order" — your nervous system knows what it needs.
