Where to begin
You don’t have to know what kind of session you need, or what any of this is called. Most people arrive here with a feeling, not a plan. Find the one that sounds like you — each page walks you through what’s happening in your body and what gently helps.
When life keeps asking more than your body can set down, your system learns to stay braced — scanning, managing, never quite standing down. That’s not a flaw. It’s your body doing its job a little too well, for a little too long.
The way back isn’t pushing harder or thinking your way out. It’s giving your body enough safety, gently and repeatedly, that it can finally let go. What the body learned under stress, the body can unlearn. That is the whole of my work.

Group events are how a lot of people first meet this work: an evening under blankets at a sound bath in Langley, a seasonal ritual in Abbotsford, a small circle in Maple Ridge. Nothing to prepare and nothing to get right — you come as you are, and I’ll guide the rest.
Space is kept intentionally small so every person is held, and most events do fill up. If one calls to you, reserve your spot early.

Meet your practitioner
I’m a Certified Reiki Master Teacher and intuitive oracle card reader in Maple Ridge, and my work is trauma-informed from the ground up — because I know what it’s like to carry more than you can name. After years of practicing traditional Reiki, I saw the same thing over and over: the heaviness people bring isn’t a mindset problem. It lives in the body. So that’s where we work.
Nothing here is forced. You stay in control the whole time, you can pause whenever you need to, and you don’t have to believe anything in particular for your body to feel the difference.
