Your nervous system isn’t broken. It has been holding too much.
When life keeps asking more than your body can set down, your system learns to stay braced —
scanning, managing, never quite standing down. That’s not a flaw. It’s your body doing its job
a little too well, for a little too long.
The way back isn’t pushing harder or thinking your way out. It’s giving your body enough
safety, gently and repeatedly, that it can finally let go. What the body learned under stress,
the body can unlearn. That is the whole of my work.
