One-night pop-up · Lavender Field Reset · Mission BC
You’ve been holding it all together. For one hour, you don’t have to.
Lie down in a lavender field on a July evening and let me guide you all the way down. Nothing to perform, nothing to fix, nothing asked of you for a full hour.
Come back to yourself.
One evening only. The field is harvested after July 22 — then it’s gone until next summer.

Wired, but exhausted. On edge, for no reason you can name.
You keep going, because that’s what there is to do. You’re the one everyone leans on. And still the jaw stays tight, the mind won’t switch off, and rest doesn’t land the way it used to — you lie down, and your body carries on bracing for something that isn’t coming.
Nothing is wrong with you. Your nervous system isn’t broken — it has been holding too much, for too long. It doesn’t need fixing. It needs somewhere safe enough to set it down.
That is what an hour in a lavender field gives you. An evening with nothing in it to manage. No screens. No noise. Nobody needing anything from you. Your senses settle first, and the rest of you follows.
- You’re tired in a way that sleep isn’t touching
- Your mind won’t stop, even when there’s nothing left to solve
- You come home drained after being around people, carrying what was never yours
- You want to be looked after for an hour, without explaining yourself
- You can’t rest without feeling guilty about resting
One evening only
The lavender gets harvested after this
This is a pop-up, and it isn’t coming back. Once the field is cut, the window is gone for the year — so if some part of you is already picturing lying down out there, that’s worth listening to.
The evening
What the hour holds
One hour, start to finish. You don’t need to know anything, prepare anything, or do anything. Lie down, and let yourself be guided.
Arrive and settle
Come from 6:45. Find your spot in the field, set yourself down, and let the walk in be the start of it. There’s no rush and nobody to impress.
Let the field do the first part
Lavender works on the body before the mind catches up. The scent, the warmth coming out of the ground, the light going long, the sound of an open field. Your senses go first.
The guided reset
I’ll guide you down into your body and hold the space while your nervous system does what it’s been waiting to do. All you have to do is lie there and receive.
Come back slowly
We close gently, so you leave settled rather than startled. Stay as long as you like afterward. Most people are in no hurry to get up.
You are safe here
A held space, so you don’t leave carrying anyone else’s weight
Being in a group can be the very thing that stops sensitive people from letting go. If you’re someone who picks up what’s in the room, lying down among strangers is not automatically restful.
So before we begin, I set the intention and hold a protected space over the field. You don’t take on anyone else’s energy, and nothing of yours leaks out into the group. What you release stays released. What’s yours stays yours. You can go all the way down without keeping one eye open.
A word from Tracy
Thirty seconds, and your shoulders will drop
Inhale through your nose. Exhale through your mouth. Relax your jaw, release your shoulders, let your spine lengthen. That’s ten seconds of my voice. The evening is an hour of it.
Two ways to come
Choose your spot in the field
Same hour, same guidance, same field. The only difference is whether you’d rather bring your own setup or have one waiting for you.
Your own setup
Bring a mat, a blanket, pillows — whatever you need to be genuinely comfortable lying down for an hour. Don’t underpack: the ground is real ground.
Premium space
Arrive to a mattress, a pillow and knee support already laid out for you in the field. Turn up with yourself and a bottle of water, and nothing else. There are nine of these, and that’s all there is room for.
- One hour of guided nervous system reset in the lavender field
- A protected, held space so you can fully let go
- A bundle of Steelhead lavender to take home — cut from this very field
- Beginner-friendly — no experience needed, nothing to prepare
- Trauma-informed throughout, entirely at your own pace
A little of the field, to take home
You’ll leave with a bundle of lavender, grown and cut right here at Steelhead — the very field you spent the hour in. Lavender has long been kept close to quiet a busy mind and soften the way into sleep. Set it by your bed, and the scent that settled you in the field can settle you again at home.

You can’t do this wrong
If you’re quietly worried you’ll do it wrong: you can’t. There’s nothing to get right out there. You lie down, you close your eyes, and you let my voice do the rest. If all that happens is you spend an hour on your back in a lavender field — that was the point.
Choose your ticket just below.
Before you come
What to bring
The field is fully shaded by 7 PM — we checked at the exact hour — so the session happens with the sun off you and the heat coming off the ground. Come dressed for a warm July evening and set yourself up to be genuinely comfortable lying down for an hour; the more comfortable you are, the further you’ll drop.
- Water. It’s a hot week. Bring more than you think you’ll need
- A mat, blanket and pillow — whatever you need to lie down for an hour (not needed on the premium ticket)
- Loose, comfortable clothing you can lie down in
- A light layer for afterwards — you cool down when you’ve been still and deeply relaxed
- Anything that helps you settle — an eye mask, a favourite blanket
- Nothing else. No experience, no preparation, no crystals, no reading up beforehand

From Tracy’s gatherings
What people say after an evening with Tracy
This particular evening is new. Tracy’s group work isn’t — here’s what people have said after her seasonal gatherings.
“A perfect reset, just what I needed. The reiki meditation was incredible — Tracy guided us into visualizations that were really grounding and comforting. I had one of the best deep sleeps in a while that night and woke up so refreshed.”Rachel S. — Spring Equinox gathering
“Calming, grounding, renewing — a true reset for both body and mind. The perfect way to let go of what no longer serves me. I left feeling lighter, more balanced, and deeply at peace.”Penelope D. — Spring Equinox gathering
“Very grounding, peaceful, and a great way to reset and release. The environment had a very calming energy which helped me destress and rest. I felt less anxiety afterwards and was able to breathe deeper.”Ashley D. — Spring Equinox gathering

Good to know
Questions people ask before they come
I’ve never done anything like this. Is it for me?
Yes, and most people there will be in the same boat. You don’t need to know anything about Reiki, meditation or energy work. You lie down, you listen, and I guide you the whole way. There’s nothing to perform and nothing you can get wrong.
I’ve tried meditation before and couldn’t get into it.
Then you already know that being told to empty your mind doesn’t work. This isn’t that. You’re not being asked to clear your thoughts, sit still, or get anything right — your mind can race the entire hour and the evening still does what it does. The field, the scent and the guiding do the work — and your body, which is what’s been holding all this, is finally allowed to set it down. You just have to lie there.
What’s the difference between the $38 and the $49 ticket?
Only your setup. At $38 you bring your own mat, blanket and pillows. At $49 a mattress, pillow and knee support are laid out and waiting for you when you arrive, so you can turn up with just yourself and a bottle of water. The hour itself is identical, and both include the take-home bundle of Steelhead lavender.
What should I bring?
Water, and whatever you need to lie comfortably on the ground for an hour — a mat, a blanket, pillows. If you’re on the premium ticket that’s all done for you, so just bring water and yourself. Loose clothing you can lie down in, and dress for the heat.
It’s going to be hot. Will we be lying in full sun?
No. We walked the field at this exact hour to check: by 7 PM it’s fully in shade, with the heat already coming off the ground — that’s a large part of why the evening is set when it is. Still bring water and dress for a warm July evening, and bring a light layer for afterwards, when you’ve been lying still for an hour and are properly relaxed.
How many people will be there?
A small group. There are only nine premium spaces — that’s all the setups there’s room for — and a limited number of bring-your-own spots alongside them. It’s a field, not a hall: you’ll have room around you.
Can I come on my own?
Absolutely, and plenty of people do. This isn’t a mingling event — you’re lying down with your eyes closed for most of it. You can arrive alone, keep to yourself, and leave without having spoken to a soul if that’s what you need.
Will I pick up other people’s energy in a group?
No. Before we start I set an intention and hold a protected space over the field, so you don’t take on anything from the people around you, and nothing of yours leaks out into the group. What you release stays released. This matters a lot to sensitive people, and it’s deliberate.
Is this religious?
No. There’s nothing to believe in and nothing to sign up to. This is nervous system work — rest, breath, and a body that finally feels safe enough to let go. Bring whatever you believe or don’t; it makes no difference to how it lands.
Where do I go when I arrive?
Steelhead Lavender Farm, 12330 Cardinal Pl, Mission BC. The farm sits inside a gated community — the gate will be open for the event, and signs along the road up will point you in. There’s parking on site. Come from 6:45 so you have time to settle before we begin at 7:00.
What if I need to cancel?
Plans change — here’s how it works. Cancel more than 72 hours before the evening and you’ll get a full refund. Within 72 hours of the event, tickets can’t be cancelled (that’s the policy you agree to at checkout) — but you’re welcome to send someone in your place. Either way, email hello@reikibytracy.com and I’ll sort it out with you.
You don’t need to carry everything.
One hour, flat on your back in a lavender field, with someone holding the space so you can finally set it all down. Then the field gets cut, and the window closes for the year.
