Evening
With Spirit
Two hours in a small, warm room with Tracy and Shenaz: channelled and guided messages, and teaching on energy protection and connection. Come with questions about who or what you’d like to connect with, and what you’d like to learn. Ten chairs, tea on, candles lit.
Ten chairs, so everyone has time for their questions · $44
The nights are long. The room is small.
Late November is when the year starts asking questions. What am I carrying? Where am I going? Who’s still with me? This is an evening to ask them out loud, in a room that’s safe to ask them in. Plenty of people arrive sceptical and leave with something they weren’t expecting.
Tracy works without cards or books. She opens the space, connects with Spirit, and lets the guidance come through, for the circle and for each person in it. Between messages, she and Shenaz teach: how to protect your energy, and how to connect safely.
Ten chairs, on purpose, so every person receives messages and has time for their own questions. In October, everyone had their turn, asked their follow-up questions, and still had room at the end for what came up along the way.
What is channeling?
A few minutes of Tracy explaining what channeling actually is, how it works, and what to expect on the night. If you’ve never done anything like this, start here.
Tracy calls it relaxing the brain
Channeling is different from a reading with oracle or tarot cards. With cards, the message arrives through symbols and images, something to reflect on.
Channeling is more direct. Tracy lets both sides of the brain connect, empties herself out, and allows other energies to come through. Sometimes her voice changes a little. Sometimes she speaks a bit differently. She allows that energy to come forward and share what it wants to share.
Ask about you (your path, your purpose, what’s next), about someone who has passed, or about what you’d like to learn. We call in guides and energies that are here in your highest good to answer.
Bigger questions are welcome too: why we’re here, timelines, what’s out there. Bring a question, or bring nothing at all. Some people receive the most powerful messages when they simply come with an open heart.
What actually happens on the night
Settle In
Arrive from 6:45. Tea, a seat on the couch or a chair, and a few minutes to land.
We Open the Circle
Tracy sets a circle of protection out loud, so you can hear exactly how the space is held.
Everyone Gets a Turn
Tracy works with each person in turn and asks what you’d like to know. Some guidance comes through channelled, when her voice may change. Some is Tracy reading what she sees and feels, in her own voice.
A Short Break
More tea, and time for questions about anything that came through.
Open Floor
Anything that’s still sitting with you, anything you didn’t get to. We don’t wrap up until everyone’s had what they came for.
Wear something comfortable; you’ll be sitting in circle for two hours. Eat beforehand. Tea is served, and there’s no meal.
What people say about sitting with Tracy
“Spot on messages… what we’re already thinking is validated through the cards and spirit.”
“Tracy is a true spiritual healer, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly.”
Tracy & Shenaz
Tracy is a Reiki Master first, and these evenings feel like being held. The grounding, the pacing, the closing: it’s the same training that makes a healing session safe.
She says what comes through as it comes, plainly and kindly, and you get to decide what to do with it.
Shenaz has worked with Tracy for years and has her own intuitive gifts. At the October circle she kept adding the background that made the messages click, and she’ll bring that teaching and her own experience to November.
You’ll go home with tools
Half of this evening is teaching. Bring what you want to learn about. In October, that meant:
Checking Who’s There
The one question to ask any energy before you listen, and what to say if the answer is no.
Clearing What You Carry
How to release what you picked up from other people, and how to look after your crystals.
The Circle of Protection
The practice Tracy uses every day, so you come home from crowds and hard conversations less drained. If you’re sensitive to other people’s energy, this part alone is worth the evening.
There’s nothing to prepare
- Your questions, if you have them
- Something to write with. People forget more of what came through than they expect
- Clothes you can sit in comfortably for two hours
- An open heart. That’s genuinely enough
- Any need to believe something in advance
- Dinner plans. Eat before you come; tea is served
- Anything you have to rush off to afterwards
- Expectations about who, or what, comes through
How we make sure only kind guidance comes through
If we’re opening up to guides and energies, how do we know they’re here for your good? A fair question, and you’ll see the answer happen in the room.
Before you book
Will I definitely receive a message?
Everyone gets a turn, and the ten-seat circle exists so that stays true. What we can’t promise is what comes through or for whom. Sometimes the message given to someone else is the one you needed to hear.
Will I be put on the spot?
You’ll get a turn, and Tracy will ask what you’d like to know. If you’d rather pass, just say so. Watching is welcome.
What if I don’t have a question?
Many people don’t. “Is there a message for me?” is enough, and often what comes through is something you didn’t know to ask.
Can Tracy connect me with someone who has died?
Sometimes, yes. Loved ones who have passed are among what can come through, and when they do, Tracy will say so. No specific person can be promised.
Is it scary?
No. It’s a living room with tea and a cat in it, and a lot of laughing. If an energy comes through that isn’t here in your highest good, it’s asked to leave, and it does, calmly and quickly.
Does Tracy’s voice change?
Sometimes, when she’s channeling. Between messages she’s herself, explaining what came through and answering questions.
What is channeling, in plain terms?
Tracy enters a grounded, meditative state and acts as a bridge, so that messages or guidance can come through clearly and safely. She stays aware the whole time.
I’ve never done this before. Is it intense?
It’s gentle. Tracy opens with protection so nobody is thrown in cold, and nobody leaves until they’re settled.
What if I’m sceptical?
Come anyway. Tracy is very logical herself and doesn’t believe easily. Sit, listen, ask your hardest questions, and take what’s useful.
Is there a pet in the house?
Yes, Tracy’s cat may wander through. If you have allergies, plan for it.
Where is it, and where do I park?
Reiki By Tracy, 24683 103A Ave, Maple Ridge. You’re welcome to park in the driveway or on the street, on 103A Ave and the streets around it. Carpool if you can, and please leave the neighbours’ driveways clear.
Can I bring a friend?
Please do. With only ten chairs in the circle, each guest needs their own ticket.
What if I need to cancel?
Let Tracy know at least 72 hours before and your seat can be refunded or moved. Inside 72 hours the seat is held for you and can’t be resold, so it can’t be refunded. With only ten seats, one empty chair is a real loss.
What if it sells out?
Join the waitlist on the ticket and you’ll hear first if another date opens.
