MIND BODY WORKSHOP

Experience a Journey of Healing and Self-Discovery

The “MindBody Workshop” offers a comprehensive approach that integrates the knowledge of the vagus nerve, polyvagal theory, and co-regulation to help participants shift from survival states to a place of calm.

It focuses on teaching women how to release tension stored in their body, balance their nervous system, and develop sustainable practices for long-term emotional and physical well-being.

Through the combination of guided meditations, sound healing and somatic yoga stretching, the goal is to provide tools that attendees can immediately apply in their daily lives to experience more joy, presence, and alignment, both physically and emotionally.

The MindBody Workshop will help participants navigate stress and anxiety, while also incorporating nutrition guidance and reiki healing for a holistic approach.
