How Channeling Works
Channeling is different than readings with Oracle cards or Tarot cards. With cards, messages come through symbols and visuals — like a conversation starter based on the words on the card.
With channeling, Tracy calls it “relaxing the brain.” It’s allowing the right and left hemispheres of the brain to connect, emptying herself out, and allowing other energies to come through.
Sometimes her voice changes a little. Sometimes she speaks a bit differently. She allows that energy to come through and share what it would like to share.

Do I need to prepare a question?
You’re welcome to come with a question, but it’s not required. Some people receive the most powerful messages when they simply come with an open heart. Whatever you need to hear will come through.
Is this the same as mediumship? Will you connect with loved ones who have passed?
No, this is a channeling session, not mediumship. Mediumship involves connecting with the spirits of deceased loved ones to receive messages from them. Channeling is different — Tracy connects with guides, higher energies, and Source to receive guidance for your life path, direction, and questions about yourself or the bigger picture. If you’re hoping to connect with someone who has passed, this isn’t the right event for that. But if you’re seeking clarity, direction, and insight for your journey ahead, you’re in the right place.
Is this event suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! You don’t need any prior experience with energy work, channeling, or spiritual practices. All you need is openness and willingness to receive guidance.
What should I bring?
Just bring yourself and an open heart. If you have a question you’d like guidance on, you can bring that too. We’ll provide light snacks, drinks, and everything else needed for the evening.
Can I request to connect with a specific guide or energy?
Yes, you can ask. However, whoever or whatever is meant to come through for your highest good will be what shows up. Sometimes it’s unexpected — and that’s often where the magic is.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) before the event for a full refund. This allows us to offer your spot to someone on the waitlist.
