Yoga

My journey into healing started with yoga. I became a certified instructor in 2012 and began teaching shortly after.

Although I am certified as an instructor of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, I run my current classes much like my reiki sessions – a little bit outside the box.

After taking some years off to grow babies and enjoy family life, I have come back to connect and heal with yoga. I enjoy a small class (up to 4 people) where I can hone in on the needs of each person. This allows me the freedom to hold poses a little longer, offer supports like straps and bolsters, as well as a gentle hands on adjustment to ensure proper alignment.

Many of my classes require no previous yoga experience and focus on targeted stretches and flow for the neck, back, hips and hamstrings. The class always ends with the most relaxing meditation to clear your energy and align your chakras.
