How a MindBody Workshop Helped Kassandra Release Stress and Reconnect
Background:
Kassandra, a vibrant woman in her late-20s, had long been navigating the complexities of PTSD and childhood trauma. With the recent birth of her child, she was not only managing the emotional weight of her past but also the new challenges of motherhood. Although she had made strides with therapies like EMDR and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Kassandra was seeking a deeper, more holistic way to reset her emotional and mental state after childbirth.
