From Curious to Committed: How Hailey Found New Healing Tools in Just One Day
Meet Hailey: A horticulturist and devoted mother from Maple Ridge, BC, Hailey had been searching for ways to nurture her mental and physical well-being while juggling the demands of work and family life. Though yoga had become a part of her routine, she felt drawn to explore deeper healing modalities like Reiki and holistic mental health practices. When she joined the Mind-Body Intensive Workshop, co-hosted by Tracy Brown and Coni Ulmer, Hailey was ready to discover new tools for personal growth and inner healing.
The Challenge: While Hailey was interested in holistic wellness, she hadn’t yet found the time to dive deeper into practices like Reiki or meditation. Her full schedule as a mother and professional left little room for consistent self-care, and while yoga brought her physical benefits, she longed for a more profound emotional and spiritual connection.
What She Had Tried: Before attending the workshop, Hailey practiced yoga alongside her husband, mainly to help ease his physical discomfort. While yoga provided a strong foundation, Hailey still felt the need to connect more deeply with herself, emotionally and spiritually. Although she had heard about Reiki from her mother, she hadn’t yet explored it herself.
